Earlier, «Amur» announced the signing of a one-way contract with the 25-year-old player for one season. Durando has spent most of his professional career within the «Islanders» system. In the 2022/23 season, he played 4 games in the NHL for the club. Throughout his AHL career, he has accumulated 132 points (54 goals, 78 assists) in 215 games.
